These are very much hands-on workshops and you get to choose the rep. See below….

Rep Intermediate

Maximum number of active participants: 6

Dates: Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd May

Times: 5.00PM – 8PM London time

Sunday 8.00 – 9.00PM: informal concert in which you can participate as a player, to which you invite your friends, family, and supporters

Content:

We will work on 2 works in detail, breaking down each piece one phrase at a time for fingering, technique, phrasing, tone, and dynamics. That way each student is actively and frequently involved in playing short phrases rather than long solo spots. ,

All About Technique

Maximum number of active participants: 6

Dates: Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th June

Times: 5.00PM – 8PM London time

Emphasis on left hand technique to include barrees, stretching, positioning of fingers, wrist, arm, sitting position, recommended studies. I will send out an arpeggio sequence E – A – B7 to participants beforehand to get us going on the day. From that we will develop brief specific exercises suited to you as a result of discussion. I will notate them in music and tabs and send them to you so you can have them to study.

Cost for each workshop:

Active participants: £50 per workshop

Viewers’ pass to all 4 workshops: £35
